How to Book

EUPPA has secured a special group rate for event participants at the Cardo Brussels Autograph Collection.

The reservation link will be shared in the confirmation email received upon registration.

Room rates:

  • Single occupancy: €219 per room, per night

  • Double occupancy: €244 per room, per night

The rates include VAT, service charge and breakfast. A supplement of €25 applies for double occupancy, including breakfast for the second person. The Brussels City Tax of €5.60 per room, per night is not included and will be charged additionally.

Rate validity:
The special group rate is available until 13 September 2026. After this date, the rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Payment:
Individual room reservations will be handled directly by each guest through the dedicated reservation link.

Cancellation policy:
Each room booked through the dedicated reservation link may be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to the arrival date. After this deadline, the entire stay will be charged in case of cancellation.

Getting to the Hotel

✈️ From Brussels Airport (BRU):

Taxi: The journey from Brussels Airport to Cardo Brussels takes approximately 25 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The hotel does not operate an airport shuttle, but the reception team can arrange a taxi or transfer upon request.

Train: The train station at Brussels Airport is located directly underneath the airport terminal. Take a train to Brussels North Station (Bruxelles-Nord/Brussel-Noord). From Brussels North Station, the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk.

🚆 From Brussels North Station:

Cardo Brussels is approximately 700 metres / 10 minutes' walk from Brussels North Station. Alternatively, take the metro to Rogier, which is located directly beneath the hotel.

🚇 Public Transport:

The Rogier metro station is located directly beneath the hotel, providing easy connections to different parts of Brussels.

🚗 By Car / Parking:

The Indigo Manhattan underground car park is located at Rue des Croisades 19, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, approximately a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The car park has more than 600 spaces.

The current parking rate is €28 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Electric vehicle charging stations are available. Please note that parking is not included in the hotel room rate. Alternative parking:
