Registration Fees for the EUsalt Annual Events 2025

 

Registration Package

 

All-inclusive Event Package (excluding 19% Romanian VAT):

  • EUsalt Member: 500 EUR
  • EUsalt Member with Accompanying Person (spouse/partner): 850 EUR
  • EUsalt Non-Member: 880 EUR
  • EUsalt Non-Member with Accompanying Person (spouse/partner): 1,230 EUR
  • Spouse/Partner (individual reservation): 350 EUR

 

Financial Considerations

The registration package includes admission to the EUsalt Annual Events 2025, which features:

  • Access to the opening reception at the Romanian Parliament and dinner on June 11
  • All conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner reception on June 12
  • All event materials
  • An excursion to the Slanic Prahova salt mine, including lunch (at the mine), followed by an afternoon and evening program at Casa Timis Winery, with transfers to the airport after lunch or an evening transfer back to the hotel on June 13
  • A day excursion to the Ocnele Mari salt mine, including lunch and transfers to and from the Intercontinental Hotel on June 14 - there is a strict deadline to confirm your participation for this event by April 14. This option will only be available if a minimum number of participants is confirmed.

For Accompanying Partners:
The package includes:

  • Access to the opening reception at the Romanian Parliament and dinner on June 11
  • Excursion programme for partners on June 12 - this option will only be available if a minimum number of participants is confirmed.
  • Dinner reception on June 12
  • An excursion to the Slanic Prahova salt mine, including lunch (at the mine), followed by an afternoon and evening program at Casa Timis Winery, with transfers to the airport after lunch or an evening transfer back to the hotel on June 13

Important Information

  • The package does not cover accommodation, travel expenses, or additional personal expenses.
  • All prices are VAT-exclusive.
  • Registration is only considered complete once payment has been received and successfully processed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. An invoice will be sent automatically via the registration tool and must be paid before the start of the event.
