General Terms and Conditions of the Event Registration and Cancellation Policy.
The present terms and conditions apply to EUsalt Annual Events 2025 organised by EUsalt A.I.S.B. L 'Association des Producteurs de Sel Européens) registered at the following legal address: 188a, Avenue de Tervueren, Postbox 4, B-1150 Brussels, Belgium (VAT BE0871009817).
1) Registration
Participants can register for the EUsalt Annual Event 2025 through this online registration module. Payment must be made via bank transfer or credit card during the registration process. Credit card transactions are charged immediately at the time of purchase and inclur an additional fee. If you select the bank transfer option, an invoice will be sent automatically upon form completion. Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received and successfully processed.
The event fee includes access to all meetings, events, meals, refreshments, social activities, and event materials. It does not cover travel, hotel accommodation, or additional expenses. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
2) Confirmation of registration
A confirmation of registration will be automatically be sent to each registrant upon registration together with an invoice.
3) Change of participant
Organisations/companies can proceed to change names of aprticipants of the same organisation/company until 19 May 2025, free of charge. After that date, registrations become personal and any change in name will require a new registration.
4) Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by Participant
Participants are allowed to cancel their registration until 5 May 2025. Until that date, payments already received by EUsalt will be refunded (limited tot he amount paid by the particpants). However, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs.
In case of cancellation after the 5 May 2025 or in case of no-show, the registration will not be refunded.
4) Cancellation Polcy - Cancellation by the Organizer
If the organizer cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited tot he amount paid by the participants. The organizer is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that EUsalt Annual Events 2025 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of flood, fore, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident terrorism, war, act of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organizer, no refund shall be made. Participants to the Eusalt Annual events 2025 waive all claims for damage in this case.
