The PDA Europe Annual Conference will take place at the Albemarle's offices in Budapest, Hungary. 
We would like to thank Albemarle for hosting this year's annual conference.

Accommodation:

PDA Europe has secured a room block at the Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest.  The hotel is located at approx 2 km from the Albemarle offices. 

• Room rate (premium room): 127 EUR/room/night (single occupancy)
• Room rate (premium room): 147 EUR/room/night (double occupancy)
• Danube river supplement: 10 EUR/room/night 
  • ​​​​​​​Room rate includes breakfast, wifi, access to the wellness, VAT and local tax. 
  • Check in time: from 3 pm, check out time: by 10 am. Please inform the hotel in advance about early check-in or late check-out
  • Parking: guests may use the closed, not-guarded parking place in front of the hotel. Parking fee: 15 EUR/day/car ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.  

Please note that on 28 October 2026, 100% of the unpicked rooms will be released automatically. Any booking after the final release date will be subject to the hotel's availability and conditions.
