The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.

idloom shall only process User’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.

You can obtain from the organizer (data protection officer available at email@test.com / tel: Phone) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. For further information or to lodge a complaint you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.

Terms and Conditions *

The present terms and conditions apply to PDA Europe Polyurea Spray Course for Applicators, organised by PDA Europe A.I.S.B.L, registered at the following legal address; 188a, Avenue de Tervueren, Postbox 4, B-1150 Brussels, Belgium (VAT BE0889.832.270).

1) Registration

Training fees paid by participants cover admission to the training and lunches. It does not cover traveling, hotel accommodation and extras. All prices are VAT exclusive. Payment is made by credit card or by bank transfer after the registration process, upon receipt of the invoice. Please note that there is an additional fee of 15 euros if you choose to pay by credit card.

Please note that no registration is effective as long as payment has not been received and processed successfully.

2) Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration and an invoice will automatically be sent to each registrant upon submission of registration.

3) Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the participant

Participants are allowed to cancel their registrations until 15 October 2026. Until that date, payments already received by PDA Europe will be refunded (limited to the registration fee paid by the participants). However, a fee of 200 EUR will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after 15 October 2026 or in case of no-show, fees paid for registration will not be refunded. If your registration fee has not been paid and you do not show up or you cancel after 15 October 2026, the fee remains due.

4) Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the organiser

If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the registration fee paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that the PDA Europe training 2026 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour distrubances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the contril of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants to the PDA Europe Events waive all claims for damage in this case.
