The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.
idloom shall only process User’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.
You can obtain from the organizer (data protection officer available at email@test.com / tel: Phone) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. For further information or to lodge a complaint you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.

This year, participation at the AMFEP GA will entail a fee of 300 euros per participant. This is in line with the 2026 budget adopted at the 2025 GA. All participating companies will be invoiced after the General Assembly.

Hotel room rate : 190€ (breakfast & taxes included)

We will book a room for you (via this registration) with individual payment at the hotel reception.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY (GUESTROOMS):

Arrival
As from 3.00pm and for group check in need to be agreed with Event Sales Manager
Early check-in

Before 9am: Contractual full rate applicable the night preceding arrival. Upon availability.
Between 10.00am and 3.00pm: Upon availability.

€ 100, - for the Junior and Sequoia Suites

Departure

Up to 10.00am

Late check-out

Up to 4.00pm:
€ 50, - for a Superior -, Deluxe - and Executive room
€ 100, - for the Junior and Sequoia Suites
After 4.00pm: Late departure fee equal to 100% of the contracted guestroom rate.

No-Shows

Each room for the entire stay attributed to a participant who does not show up will be fully charged to the company at 100 % after night 1 the reservation will be entirely cancelled.

Reception 24h/24, luggage room, laundry service, room service
Access to the wellness center for client staying overnight (sauna, hammam and indoor swimming pool from 7 am till 10 pm) and fitness center 24h/24.
We would like to inform you that our Wellness Centre will not be accessible every first Thursday of the month in the morning for maintenance.
