Travel information:
We recommend that attendees fly into Bournemouth Airport (BOH) and travel to the centre, where we have arranged the accommodation. Here are the recommended travel options:
- By Bus:
- From Bournemouth Airport, take Bus 737 to Westover Road which usually takes around 1 hour, then walk to the accomodation on Gervis Place. For bus schedules and ticket booking, please visit Morebus.
- By Car:
- Drive from Bournemouth Airport to the accomodation via the A338 highway. The trip usually takes about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
- Before your trip, you can book a car online through various car rental companies such as Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, or Budget.
- By Train:

PDA Europe has secured a room block at the Hilton Bournemouth and the Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth hotel. You have the option to stay at the hotels with a special rate of £119.00 in the former and £95 in the latter.
The accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. The above room rate is per single room, per night and include breakfast, access to the health club, VAT and service costs. The city tax is not included and will be paid upon check-in.
Please note that on 19 October 2025, 100% of the unpicked rooms will be released automatically. Any booking after the final release date will be subject to the hotel's availability and conditions.

Transfer Arrangements:
