How to Book

EUsalt has secured a special group rate for event participants at the Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort. 

Room rates:

  • Single occupancy: €300

  • Double occupancy: €330

Rates are per room, per night and include buffet breakfast, 10% VAT, and complimentary access to the gym and outdoor swimming pool.
City tax (€4.50 per person, per night) is not included.

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10:00 (Luggage storage is available until departure.)

Booking method:
Guests are requested to book and guarantee their rooms directly with the hotel using the following booking form. We recommend booking by 1 May 2026 to ensure availability, as part of the room block will be released after this date. Any booking after that date will be honored at the same rates, provided that the hotel has availability in the standard room category.

Rate validity:
The above rates are valid from 3 days before until 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability in the standard room category.

Payment:
Payment is handled individually by each guest upon confirmation. The hotel will provide a secure payment link for credit card payment covering the full stay. The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and is refundable if cancellation occurs before the deadline (25 May 2026).

Cancellation policy:
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 25 May 2026. Any cancellation after this date, or no-show, will result in a charge for the full stay to the guest’s credit card.

 

Getting to the Hotel

✈️ From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE):

  • Water Taxi: Approx. 30–40 minutes directly to the hotel jetty

  • Public Transport: Take the Alilaguna Blue Line to Lido di Venezia, then a short taxi or bus ride to the hotel from Santa Maria Elisabetta Square (Line V or B until 'Palazzo del Cinema' or 'Gallo Morosini' stops)

🚆 From Venice Santa Lucia Railway Station:

  • Water Transport: Vaporetto Line 1 or 5.1 to Lido di Venezia, then a short taxi or bus ride from Santa Maria Elisabetta Square (Line V or B until 'Palazzo del Cinema' or 'Gallo Morosini' stops)

  • Water Taxi: Approx. 20-30 minutes

🚖 Local transportation:

  • Vaporetto (Water Bus): Regular connections between Venice city centre and Lido via Line 1 (direction Lido SME)

  • Bus: Local buses operate across the Lido, with stops near the hotel (see above)

  • Taxi: Available on the island and by water
