Registration Fees for the EUsalt Annual Events 2026

 

Registration options

 

All-inclusive Event Package (excluding 22% Italian VAT):

  • EUsalt Member: 550 EUR
  • EUsalt Member with Accompanying Person (spouse/partner): 900 EUR
  • EUsalt Non-Member: 930 EUR
  • EUsalt Non-Member with Accompanying Person (spouse/partner): 1,280 EUR

 

Financial Considerations

The member registration package includes admission to:

  • Internal meetings and members' dinner on June 8 
  • Internal meetigs, lunch break, welcome cocktail reception and members' dinner on June 9
  • All conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner reception on June 10
  • All event materials
  • An excursion to Murano on June 11, with a boat tour through the Venetian lagoon with a visit to a Murano glass factory, a guided walking tour in Dorsoduro’s Zattere area exploring Venice’s salt-trade history, followed by lunch in the Zattere area, followed by transfers back to the Excelsior hotel.

For members' accompanying partners:
The package includes:

  • Members' dinner on June 8 
  • Welcome cocktail reception and members' dinner on June 9
  • Excursion programme for partners on June 10 - this option will only be available if a minimum number of participants is confirmed.
  • Dinner reception on June 10
  • An excursion to Murano on June 11, with a boat tour through the Venetian lagoon with a visit to a Murano glass factory, a guided walking tour in Dorsoduro’s Zattere area exploring Venice’s salt-trade history, followed by lunch in the Zattere area, followed by transfers back to the Excelsior hotel.

Important Information

  • The package does not cover accommodation, travel expenses, or additional personal expenses.
  • All prices are VAT-exclusive.
  • Registration is only considered complete once payment has been received and successfully processed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer. NOTE: Due to technical issues, credit card payments are currently unavailable.
  • NOTE: A pro forma invoice will be sent automatically via the registration tool and must be paid before the start of the event in order to confirm the registration. The VAT number will be added at a later stage, and a final invoice will be issued accordingly.
